I believe that all players should rewatch their games.  This allows them to see how they play from a different view point.  My goal is to provide my players with confidence.  I want to have a conversation about plays they might see on the ice.  With my mentoring, I believe they can take their game to the next level!  After so many years of hockey experience I have been able to work with top coaches.  I want to share the knowledge I have received throughout my career.

After reviewing their game, I will have a pretty good idea of what players need to work on as well.
